Hello!
I’m Alisa, and I can’t wait to hear your story.
I’ve always had a passion for stories. I uncover them in grand, awe-inspiring places or in unexpected, humble ones. Regardless of the origin, the process of turning stories into moments that create surprise, empathy, amazement, delight, or — best of all — connection, is what fuels everything I do.
I love to connect. And to find truth in the fluid space between the storyteller and the audience. The best stories are full of diverse voices that listen intently, and speak authentically. One of those voices is mine. Another one is yours.
Which is why I can’t wait to meet you! Say hello and let’s start a conversation.
Meanwhile, here are a few true stories* about me.
I have successfully forgotten and relearned how to ride a bicycle.
You know that saying, “It’s like riding a bike?” I’m here to tell you it’s a lie.
Thieves, don’t mess with me. The one who tried regrets it.
I once chased down a thief who stole my bag in Spain. I got all my stuff back. He rues the day he met me.
I don’t drink coffee.
At all. Ever. Except one time at a fancy, small-batch coffee farm in Kona where I thought: How can I not try the world famous Kona coffee? So I tried it. And then I looked like this.
I made a world record.
Well, I didn’t break it. But I did make it happen, though, for a live experience, in front of people’s very eyes. It was epic.
* Are they really true though? Yes. Yes, they are.
